Mixed Level Yoga
Our signature class! This alignment-based yoga class offers students of all levels a full spectrum of poses: sun salutations, standing poses, inversions, arm balances, backbends, twists and forward bends. Students receive clear alignment and breathing instructions so that every pose feels stable and safe. Teachers offer modifications and adjustments to meet the needs of all students in this mixed-level class.

Basic Yoga
Our signature alignment-based class geared towards beginners. If you are new to yoga or have dabbled in yoga in the past, then this class is for you! Students learn proper alignment in key yoga poses to increase flexibility, strength and balance. Students also learn how to coordinate breath and movement through basic flow sequences.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is designed to help you build strength and flexibility in your spine and find greater ease through your hips and shoulders. You will learn how to improve balance, increase energy and soothe stress by using moderate movement, simple breath practices and meditation. Appropriate for all levels of experience.

Align and Flow
Looking to move and stretch your body, raise your heart rate and stoke your internal fire? Come to a vinyasa flow class! Students flow through sequences of poses at a moderate pace, all while maintaining a mindfulness of alignment and breath. Students of all levels are welcome.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow
Breath and posture are linked together in this accessible, calming class. A safe space is provided with alignment cues. Class begins with warm ups, follows up with flows, and ends with an active meditation, and relaxation. Open to all levels.

Mixed Level with Restorative
A complete Yoga class emphasizing mental and physical attention to different areas of the body each week with a wide variety of poses. Students are guided through the poses at their level by offering many pose options with a mindfulness on alignment and breath. Each class finishes with a sequence of restorative poses to allow for deeper opening and relaxing of the body and mind. Students of all levels welcome.

Yin Yoga
Find an easeful settling of the over-active physical body, the over-worked mind, and the over-stressed nervous system with Yin Yoga. Yin focuses on longer held floor postures to enhance range of motion to the joints, soften muscular tension, and release layers of connective tissue. Energetic flow through the body improves, the internal organs and immune system are supported, and emotional well-being is embraced.

Yoga for Limited Mobility
This class is specifically designed for individuals experiencing limited mobility due to injury, surgery, or neurological and musculoskeletal disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, brain injury, cancer, osteoarthritis and scoliosis. The class opens with breathing exercises and continues with range of motion to establish and maintain mobility in the joints. Class begins with seated poses done either on the floor or in a chair. Stretching, strengthening, and balancing poses are performed either seated in a chair, on the floor or standing, as appropriate. Our studio is fully accessible. Use the entrance located between the spa and the cleaners.

Afternoon Yoga
Afternoon Yoga is for all levels and ages to help unwind and reinvigorate after a stressful day. If you are new to yoga or looking to rekindle your practice, this class is for you! Learn proper alignment in key yoga poses to increase flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as coordinate breath and movement through basic flow sequences. Improve clarity of mind and ability to cope.

Mid-Day Meditation
This 45 minute class is the perfect antidote to your usual weekday routine. Come in your street clothes for gentle tension-releasing stretches, breathing techniques, and mindfulness-based meditation. Appropriate for all levels of experience.

Nia Technique
The Nia Technique combines dance, martial arts and healing arts to enhance cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, mobility, creativity and the pleasure of living in your body. Take a leap into this fusion fitness practice to deepen your sensory exploration with movement and music. Join us for a special treat for your body, mind, spirit, and emotions! All body abilities are welcome!

Qigong
Learn the fundamentals of Qigong (Tai Chi); all levels and abilities are welcome! Qigong enhances your mind body connection with gentle postures, breath work, and intention. It is an ancient Chinese practice that aims to relieve stress and pain while improving overall health. Qigong mimics nature in its flowing movements, to deliver energy to vital organs and the entire body.


Advanced Yoga
This alignment-based yoga class offers a full spectrum of poses for advanced students who wish to deepen their practice.  Expect more rigorous flow sequences and challenging poses.  Students should be able to kick up into handstand unassisted at the wall and perform Urdhva Dhanurasanaa (Upward Bow Pose) unassisted with straight arms.  Also, students attending this class should have no major injuries.

Nia Technique and Yoga
All levels welcome! The Nia Technique- Yoga combo class combines Dance, Martial Arts and Healing Arts with Yoga to enhance cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, creativity and the pleasure of living in your body. As an added bonus, Meredith will end each class with restorative yoga poses, transforming your Nia experience into Nia-aaaah. No dance experience necessary. Vinyasa Flow
Looking to move and stretch your body, raise your heart rate and stoke your internal fire?  Come to a vinyasa flow class!  Students flow through sequences of poses at a moderate pace while maintaining a mindfulness to alignment and breath with compassion for the body, mind, and spirit. It is a mixed level class beginning with pranayama breathing and sun salutations. We will practice standing and balancing postures, then back and core strengthening.  Each class ends with seated postures and yin postures followed by relaxation and meditation. Students of all levels are welcome
